First, what else.
Cops should never use more force than needed. |

This happened in my area. The guy ran from the police after they asked him to stop. Witnesses directed the police at the guy who got knocked down as being involved in the knife fight.
This debate has happened a lot of times in the past couple months. The policeman did absolutely nothing wrong. |

Lets see if i've got this right: A cop knocks YOU into next week because you were there; and he did nothing wrong because of a case of mistaken identity? BULLSHIT! You'd sue his ass off |

the police did nothing wrong... it my seem wrong, but lets look at it from the cops point of view, you get called for a fight involving a knife so you know the suspect is armed and dangerous, when you get ther the witnesses point out a guy, when you go to that guy to question he runs, i'd be worried about a hostage situation, so i to would try to immobilise him by non lethal force it was just a bad situation in sadly he went head first into the wall, but the cop did what seemed was the best choice for public safety i would have done the same |

Hey guy, I support local police action but police in America are still supposedly (Before Obama) responsible for their actions and the result thereof. That cop in a court is meat for the buzzards. |

It was Bush that took away all you civilian rights, not Obama.
Bush turned your country into just another religious retard nation who does torture and where the government follow no rules and break basic human rights even on it's own citizens. |

i'm not theorizing, i'm just going off what the news caster said, and thomass: they did say he ran, just because he wasn't literally runin in the vid, don't mean he wasn't running from the cops |

The police did nothing wrong my ass... You can see that Chris has already stopped and is just standing there looking at the cop... Then the cop that can see that Chris has stopped and is being compliant and still has time to reduce his speed and adjust his response accordingly... But instead this gung ho, belligerent cop that outweighs Chris by more than 50 pounds chooses to hit Chris with every ounce of strength he has... Cops today are out of control and everyone of them want gun control in order to give them more control... This cop should be severely disciplined, removed from the force and red flagged so that he can never work in any kind of law enforcement ever again... But my guess is that he'll get some time off with pay while they do a so called investigation... Then he'll be reinstated and thought of as a hero by his fellow officers...
