They do. The booted wheel wasn't moving, but instead being dragged.

It was not moving back and forth. It looks like that because of the framerate. Look at the front wheel, it looks like it moves the exact same way.
Had it been moving back and forth, you would have seen it jumping when it skipped, plus heard the whining sound.

Alacritters, since you are too dumb to comprehend how wheels turning look on film, do me a favor and just look at the very first part of the video. Just the very first, less than a second, of the video, where you clearly see the wheel spinning.
Then during the rest of the video, notice how the front wheel appears to move exactly as the rear wheel.
To most of us, this is just common sense and obvious, but I guess you and a few others here need it explained. |

And another thing retard, why don't you search the net for wheel clamps. A lot of them are designed so they very easily can still allow the wheel to turn, if not attached tightly.
You might have seen ONE wheel clamp that was designed so it was not possible, but that OBVIOUSLY does not apply to them all. |
