	Obvously the person did intentionally. You can see the person even speeding up and jump just before hitting.

	from what is looks like something jammed and he is trying to turn but its going strait. the fact he is speeding up is anyone thats ridden a jet ski will know they dont turn unless under power. he realised something was wrong and intentionally jumped to avoid going into the handle bars and loosing some teeth.

Look at the handle bars... look again... its completely turned to the right, that's about as far as they turn, Plumit2000 is right.
