But I can see where this cop is coming from.
I mean I can see the psychology behind yelling at a kid like this. The kid lacks discipline and showed little respect. He was basically treating the cop like he does his parents and as a parent himself, the cop got on him for that.

Needs to charged with assault on a minor theft of property (skateboard) terroristic threatening and a array of other charges. It is good to know he is on administrative leave until the investigation is concluded. If I was the kids father the cop would be eating through a straw for the rest of his life. |

yeah we are aloud to give as gd as we get in terms off verbal over here we could ask him right there for his id number and report him for being a **** its bang out of order to treat kids like 2nd class citizens when they arnt doing anything to anyone
but right now over here shops are putting these devices that give off a really annoying sound that anyone under 25 can hear to keep teenagers away from the stores i reckon thats against our human rights

Never run into any cop that acted anywhere near like this one, i wouldnt have sat down and shut up if i know i was in my right. If he wants to educate and foster other peoples kids, he might want to rethink his choice of career. Perhaps a teacher or something along a thearapeutic line of work would have been more appropiate.
If he wants respect he better goddamn learn how to behave himself in order to recieve it. Fucking 12 stepper, who has gone through some basic psychology lessons within the precinct. Where they think they can regain the respect of kids by bossing them around. If you aren't a good orator, shut the fuck up and do your basic job of public service or you will do more harm. Agreed! I made the statement above without doing more than glancing at the video. For this I do apologize. I'm so used to guys attacking cops on this site that are just doing their jobs that I made a knee jerk reaction without reviewing the facts. No excuse, the guy is a hopeless asshole that should be fired. Unfortunately, it seldom does any good because he will probably just go to another police department and start over as a fresh asshole.   |

I was an avid skater when I was a kid, I would have been over there asking the kids what type of boards they are on and checkin out their skills! even if you have to ask them to leave, there is no need to disrespect people that do not disrespect you first.
