Hey, some Santa's are volunteers just helping get donations, others, that get seasonal jobs in malls get paid up to $5,000 for three weeks work (that I know of). An older friend with a huge white beard did it for a mall a couple of years back. He said the $5K was nice but he'd never do it again. You have to live with mall security in your pocket. Anyhow, this made me laugh
