As a teen, I learned enough about this idiots game from a buddies uncle that was a casino owner to know that the only real winner is the house.

The winner takes all in poker? What about the house cut and the losers? Besides which, If you have two men (who supposidly don't know each other) working a game, the (supposed) loser partner does all the manipulating, while the winner plays straight.   |
