I don't believe for a second that was done in real time. If anything it was a sexy pinup and the guy transformed her into a pig, then just reversed the footage.

I've made people taller, slimmer, better preportioned, & even uglier, but this guys touch is greatness.
No DireCrow, It's not done in realtime but speeded up, a bunch. I could even make you look good in photoshop, but it would take a LONG time.
