I wouldn't have put it that way, but I do think he may not have all the mental capacities of the average human. I'm familer with people with Down Syndrome, and it's intensity varies with each person. While he is pretty high functioning, he still exhibits traits that would lead me to believe he has a mild retardation.

But good for the people of that church to include him in on the tenants of worship. He may not have the voice, but he has the heart. Praise God.
