	My guess is the kids parents are drug dealers and somehow the bag of crack fell into the kids jacket when the kid was home.The first hint was the parents said they never saw the jacket before;WTF? he's seven, one of the parents would have seen him before he left the house. It's unlikely the kid found a jacket that fits a seven year old with crack in it on the way to school.

	i had a friend at school, his mum was terrible she delt drugs. He came to school one day and found fuck load of skunk speed and pills in his bag! His mum stashed them there because the coppers turned up and didnt want to get caught!
