That's more common than you'd think.Where I live people run their dogs like that all the time by the baseball fields.Both men and women do it.I think it's rather pathetic.

If you're too lazy to get out of a vehicle and walk your dog,you shouldn't have one period.I won't even get into how dangerous this is for the dog.
