	Mistakes do happen, anyone have a clue as to how to fly a helo here? I have i am only a learner tho lol. Its not easy meny things could happen he could miss calibrat a control before take off, a gust of wind could of push'd the helo back some. Hydrolic failure could have occered locking up some of his controls.... or it could have been he forgot his glasses.
