yeah it is dutch... only you can hear the belgian accent with the cyclists because its the Tour the France a famous cycle tour and the dutch dont watch it but the belgians do.. so thats why.. all subs and other things where dutch and normally we got a lame presentator blabbering through it but this docu was just awesome
