I can't figure out why we're not doing anything about Iran. We should. The reason weapons inspectors were in Iraq is because they were in a war not but a decade before that THEY started illegally. As part of the agreement we said in a nut shell "we'll stop kicking yur ass under these terms" weapons inspectors being one of them. They broke the rules that they agreed to.

Not to mention Baghdad was home to some of the oldest Palaces and buildings in the world. One of them was over 3000 years old... still standing and still accessable for tours and stuff.
Most of the city is gone... the Americans spared nothing in there initial attack.
I also find it interesting that America always seems to start off well with there enemies, they showed Osama how to shoot a gut and trained his me to help them fight the Soviets, same with Iraq... in the Iran-Iraq war the americans backed Iraq.

@ t1, we've invaded NK before. I don't see why sometime in the future why we won't do it again. Not in the next 10 years I'd bet, but eventually its a possibility. Americans are tired of war right now and just wants out. I doubt most americans will support another war unless another pearl harbor happens. |

have at 'er... it is even start on CNN International that the majority of Iraqis would like to see the Americans leave... but at the same time need them to stay because in a fucked up turn of events they are the only way they have of suppressing the sectarian violence that they set loose. |

| Comeon people, those kids are taught to hate us at an early age, maybe not those EXACT kids but they hate us. I saw a video on Ogrish.com (ill try to find it to give it to you guys) that shows a bunch of kids that throw rocks and glass at these troops....they are like some of the hurricane Katrina victims, ungrateful and dont realize what we are doing for them....so until you actually go over to Iraq and see how it really is, shut your mouth on how "bad" these soldiers conduct business.....I mean for Gods sake they slit our throats when we get captured....and when we capture them we give them a nice bed and push them around a bit.... |

english and americans are just as bad as each other, each have had and still have there fair share or peaple that taunt and treat iraqi peaple badly, but they also treat the american and english badly sometimes... even when we are trying to be nice.
And sure the americans used 2 nukes and had a 3rd planned, But that does not make americans evil. Back then there was no janeva convention or any regulations on nukes and other such war treaty. After pearl harbor they wanted to strike back with as much damage as the japs did, give the situation and ther ebeing no regulations on them i sure alot of countrys may or may not have choosen that form of retaliation. |
