Okay... Both the above quotes leaves me wondering because.

A) Anger management is not what you go to for counseling on how to get pissed off.

B) Wasen't relative to the anger management what so ever.

Anger management is when you go see a therpaist about your problems handling your emotions. In this case anger. And it takes alot of work and discipline for people with these disorders to prevent their anger from manifesting itself into physical actions, or outbursts of profanities.

However, if you are lacking mental capacity to determine if someone is trying to piss you off, then it's got nothing to do with anger... People who lack mental capacities in various forms are often regarded as handicapped. And there are no managments for those people, other than confinement, homecare etc etc depending on how grave the mental dysfunctions are.
