	I love talking to people like this on the phone. I tell them... "I'm sorry sir, we seem to have a bad connection, can you speak just a little bit louder please?" After interrupting and repeating a few times the collar completely loses it. The other one is "hold on just a couple seconds there'll be right with you..." and just leave them till they call back. Deny it ever happened. Repeat "speak louder" bit.
