I'm not much of a sportsman, don't really follow any at all, but as a fighter, I know it would be a hell of a lot more painful to be hit in the chest like that than the face.
That was a solid headbutt, dirctly in the center of the chest, and more than likely, it would have reverberated into the solar plexus and caused a hell of a lot of pain. Being punched in that general area is enough to put someone out for a while. Any lower and he probably would have knocked him out. Believe me, it's painful.

ppl follow this game cos is fucking good. Its quick paced and has tons of skill. Also its great supporting your team week in week out no matter what. Sure there are a lot of pussys and divers in this sport but thats just one lame side of it. There are a lot of players who hate all that diving shit.
Also the Italian was probably hurt a bit, but stayed down to make it look worse to get zidane sent off. fucking lame i know but thats how the italians play
