This guy has some serious strength. I thought some of those moves were impossible!

but i have to say that the first scene (the one on the picture) is definitely fake because he doesn't even struggle to keep his posture its more like hes doing a pull up then a impossible side way move (especially with the angles of his arms) and if he did the side way pull why was he struggling to do the pull up in the rest of the video
so hes a ordinary fit fake |

| Lacasse is not entirely fake I've seen this before and in my karatelessons we do some of his moves to it just requires a lot of arm and other muscles to do this and a lot of focus but it was good to watch |

| none of this is fake, if you have seen trickers do moves live, you can see some do the exact moves, 2 of my friends are able to do the horizontal move, but it requires a hell of a good physical condition and training |
