	yeah, copperfield train was a gooden this is the same trick, identical really (part from elaphant), It disapears below, an expensive trick to say the least, must cost a shit load to make a shift-platform to take the weight of nelly (like the platforms they use on stage theatre). Thats why the sheets end up xcovering the floor where nelly went.

	I think it was a elephant balloon and they just popped it when they had those damn bed sheets up so you couldn't see...

	herbtree is right. as soon as the vid started it was easy. That time he didn't even need a planted crowd but it must have been expensive to make a platform that can descend. I bet it went down and a cover went over it, so it didn't have to have power to go back up. Nice tricks.

	Talk about having a hard time finding such a young elephant that is calm enough to stand still the whole time and not getting freaked by the sheets. Ought to have taken time to getting it used to that. Nice trickery though.

	Copperfield was much better at it also. It at least looked a lot more spectacular. With the 'plane. Almost exactly the same trick but he did it on an actual runway with at least 100 people holding hands. He also showed the shadow of the plane one the "sheets" untill it dissapeared. Not saying i'm biased against angel, I've seen him do some pretty cool stuff. But this particular trick is a lame copy compared to copperfields versions...

Sorry, Herbtree, but you're wrong. The elephant was simply turned into a little mouse and if you look carefully, you can see it making discreetly its way out on your right hand side !

	this trick is plataform kind,no mirrors at all. for a mirror trick, u need a structure sorrounding the object u want to dissapear..( like a cage ) from wich u can turn the mirrors in the desired direction.

	I love the guys who say, well I know how he does it but I can't say because I'm a magician myself..." LOL! Yes, this is a the platform trick where the elephant descends. The Statue of Liberty trick was different. Copperfield had the audience in a special auditorium that (very slowly) revolved to a different vantage point without then being aware of it. (You know that stage at Disneyland?) Then, the lights were turned off of the real statue (which wasn't even in sight anymore) and some other similar lights were turned on at the new vantage point. But, too many of Angels tricks for TV use post production editing and choppy cuts. Boring.
