	That's the same kid who was bothering the life guard on the other video on this site. His name is Duran. I didn't know he had a collection of videos of him being a jerk. He purposely eggs people on so they can try to hit him. In the other video, he gets arrested. But, because he actually knows a little bit about the law, all they were able to give him was community hours. And he videotaped the entire cop confrontation, because the police knew they didn't have the right to forcefully turn it off.
