Its so sad how you guys feel the need to pick on America.. You ever notice that you never see me picking on other Countrys, you never will, I don't feel a need to... I already know I live in the best one going... We are the strongest, richest, most productive Country in the world... If you look in my pofile under Country its says [America, fuck yea]... Because I'm proud of it, If we look at your profiles there empty because your not proud of where you live... So if you feel the need to pick on us, I understand its just a jealousy thing, I won't say anything... But we do know don't we... |

lol mate i didnt mean to be another picker-on-the-states person with that link. I forgot to add the comment to the link before i posted it... I was supposed to say that; some things are best in the States others in Canada/Europe... But we basically share the same assholes in the goverments though.
Also... I acknowledge America as the worlds leading state of power ever since the cold war was over... But i like to point out that you shouldn't be too quick to cheer to much about it. If you look at history and the countries that has held that position before. They have all learnt that it comes with great expenses of virtually everything. Money, freedom, and yes terrorists, suspicions and so on... The Greeks, Romans, Brits, French everyone has been taught the lesson that being in the spotlight of attention just brings with it alot of wars. Even my country (Sweden) was once a superpower in europe, and we were engaged in wars during all the 300 years it lasted... So if we were to be handed the title of the worlds leading power, i would turn it down. It causes too much deaths, greedy leaders and unrest... Im not just saying it, im talking out of 15 years of studying history. It provides ALOT of knowledge that can be easily applied to our modern day.
If you read the works of the old philosophers, historians and thinkers from the eldest of scriptures for example. Such as Dionysius of halicarnassus, Cassius, Tacitus, Cicero and so on.. You will find that even to our day in age. Nothing has changed politically since day one, when mankind started using politics as a means of governing the nations... It has always been used for personal persuit of power and money and it's always been worst in the leading nations... What the old thinkiers once said can easily be applied to our day.
"History is philosophy teaching by example"
- Dionysius
"The desire for safety stands against every great and noble enterprise."
- Tacitus
"Better be wise by the missfortunes of others than by your own."
-Aesop
"In war, truth is the first casualty."
-Aeschylus |

Theres a whole lot of truth in your words there... But America has been on top every sense I was born, and I'm hoping we'll hang on to that for another 40 or 50 years... After that, I'm not going to even care anymore... lol.. |

yeah, america is fine, even though i dont live there. Though for some reason goverments worry me. I mean with our prime minister up your presidents ass, theres not much we can do.
I still think in the end that RPS championship is ludicras. |

Yeah well im thinking america will most certainly be on top for longer than 40-50 years if nothing really bad happens in the world. Personally i got no beef with the country myself. As Biggy mentioned, it's the goverments that one worrys about. They tend to fuck things up more than do any good. And that goes for every damn country, i've long wished to see the assholes in power in my country being removed and replaced with honest decent people.
Evolution will have given pigs the ability to fly before that ever happens of course. |

| These announcers are obviously taking the piss of a ridiculous event. Still, entertaining. Funny the kind of mind games they must be going through in thier head when it's random. It's like "Deal or No Deal" when they have "reasoning" for the numbers they pick. |

The majority of "key players" are from Canada.
Not that there's anything wrong with Canada, or any other place for that matter. I think the comments on here should be directed towards the politicians, not the country.
I agree with you, American politicians are a-hole douchbags. And most of America agrees with you as well. But America in general is a very good place, that has good food, many freedoms, and fun things to do.
Believe me, I can say this as someone who just travelled around the world, and realized that I didn't hate being in America, I hated the scumbag politicians that ruin it for everyone. |

That's the truth right there. You realize much about your own country once you get to see some of the rest of the world. And you realize that politicans are the same fuckheads whereever you go, Cheers mate |
