You are very right "except," I doubt she was seriously hurt, but I don't doubt she was seriously hurting. She is a "chesty" woman and she landed smack on her bazooms.
This happened to a "chesty" lady acquaintance earlier this year, when she went to investigate a BIG bear that was struck by a car. When she crossed a ditch and approached the 'dead' bear, the bear got up; and she ran. Her top heavy little body rocketed 'almost' across the ditch, but instead landed on what I would have thought would have been a great cushion.
Instead her howling frightened the poor bear. She was very bruised and tender for many days.

Ps. Lake county Florida is the bear capital of the world, with 100+- bears killed yearly by automobiles in this largely rural, lake & woods covered area.
