	Ok when you see stuff like this you always look for stuff that doesn't move or people near them. 50% of the tricks are done by accomplises . The black guy in the blue t i think has some sort of string system hooked up to him.

	it's a telescoping rod, hinge, and frame strapped to his leg. it goes down into a planted sleeve in the ground. the setup costs about $170 in hobby shops.
