	Last time I checked, someone is innocent until proven guilty. And did you notice how the cop never answered the man when he was asked why he was being arrested? That's pretty illegal. You're allowed to walk off if you're not told.

He told him to start with but then he resisted arrest. That was a good run. Running while holding a camera steady takes a lot more out of you then when you can swing your arms.
