The police officer was forced to use his tazor because he was being attacked by a Rottweiler that broke off its chain!

I'll second that. Unfortunately, animal rights activists have made it all but impossible to defend yourself against a vicious animals attack without ending up in court, and defending your job as a police officer..then there's the lawsuits. LAWYERS!

	the thing is even if he had shto it no one could say anything as by law they have every right to shoot and kill an animal when ti charges them
